Close the gap...

...between your brand and reality. You have an entire organization ready to supply added-value to your consumers. Stop thinking image, and start delivering  meaning, relevance, and utility.

Doing is the new thinking.

I'd be happy to explore putting this new approach to work for your business.

Baskin Associates Incorporation

It's all about relationships. Really.

I've been a vocal advocate for the skills and potential for B2B marketing, as I believe the premises underlying the various approaches to customer-centricity have long been at the core of the B2B proposition. The opportunity is to truly understand and incorporate customer relationships into the fabric of the business, and not let them reside solely as marketing or sales functions.

To that end, I've had the honor of collaborating with Stephen Megson, founder and leader of the UK's Quiet Storm Solutions Limited, to develop tools to help B2B companies make the sales and marketing functions truly both company-wide and, perhaps more importantly, institute the processes within their organizations, so finding, selling, and keeping customers becomes a core function (no different than, say, HR or supply chain). We call it SatNavMarketing because the right process can be your best tool for reaching your destination.

Steve and I have collaborated with international motivational expert John "J.C." Copeman to develop the training and motivational tools to help deliver our sales and marketing solutions.

Configured & delivered to meet your needs.

The last thing you need is another binder or off-site session that tells you what you know you should be doing, and leaves you with no reasonable, actional way to do it.

Storming solutions are focused, ready-to-implement tools to meet your needs. We are working to bring these tools to B2B companies around the world. You can check them out here
